The system operates through the seamless integration of two main components:

• Tracer & Centering/Blocking Unit (Left): Accurately scans the frame geometry in 3D, detects focal points, and performs the blocking process.
• Digital Lens Edger Unit (Right – Neksia Edger): Shapes the lens according to the scanned form, applies beveling, and cuts grooves for semi-rimless frames.
